Theoretical program
Learning theory through PADI eLearning is a convenient way to prepare for an AOWD course at your own pace. Thanks to the online platform, you can learn whenever and wherever you want, using interactive materials, videos and quizzes. You will learn the principles of physics and physiology of diving, the structure and operation of equipment, as well as safety procedures and dive planning. All content is divided into modules, and at the end of each you will find short tests to check your knowledge. After completing the online theory, you will be well prepared for open water diving.
Practical activities in open water
Open water dives are the most important part of the AOWD course, during which you will complete all Adventure dives. You will make five dives in a lake, sea or ocean, including a 30 m deep dive and underwater navigation.
We carry out 5 open water dives in Poland or Egypt.
We recommend Egypt, Dahab – because warm water, visibility at 40m and the richness of the underwater world is a stunning and wonderful experience for divers starting their adventure with diving because we dive on the reef with turtles and Nemo fish.
In Poland, we dive at 2 professional dive centres:
Ślesin near Konin Honoratka Base – There is a diving base on site, where you can come with your family or an accompanying person, and at the bottom of the reservoir there is a sunken MI 29 helicopter, wrecks of boats, cars and many other attractions.
Jaworzno on the so-called Excavators – a flooded quarry, reminiscent of Croatia with clear, clear water. At the bottom of the quarry there are sunken: 2 powerful mining excavators – like in Bełchatów, the wreck of the Wilhelm ship and many other attractions.
Equipment
We provide a professional set of diving equipment for the duration of the course (mask, snorkel, fins, BCD, regulator, cylinder, diving suit, diving computer).
We have equipment adapted for children and teenagers.
We use light 10l diving cylinders so as not to strain our spines. during training classes.
