PREAMBLE
DBRIDGE Sp. z o.o. and the entire team carrying out their activities:
- complies with the principles of free and fair competition and equal treatment of all economic participants,
- ensures the correctness and clarity of wordings in concluded contracts,
- provides development services with due diligence and in accordance with the published information about the service,
- ensures the confidentiality of information obtained in connection with the provision of development services.
A team of trainers/advisors and employees of DBRIDGE Sp. z o.o. works for its client, implementing the principle “first do no harm” (primum non nocere). He undertakes to update his knowledge of legal issues and to cultivate his attitude of openness to others and respect their freedom and equality.
DEFINITIONS
Trainer of DBRIDGE Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “Trainer/advisor”) – any member of the company’s Trainer Team, regardless of whether he is a trainer, trainer, coach or facilitator, who undertakes activities as part of the program.
Participant – every person participating in training/consulting provided by the Trainer/advisor.
Training/advisory process – a multi-stage process of implementing the training cycle, which consists of the process of identifying and analyzing training/consulting needs, designing training/training/consulting, conducting training/training/consulting, evaluation and planning further actions.
Training/consultancy – a stage of the training process consisting in conducting training/counselling/advice by a Trainer/Advisor.
Codex – this Code of Ethics and Professionalism of DBRIDGE Sp. z o.o.
TRAINING/CONSULTING PARTICIPANTS
- Each Training/Consulting Participant is a person who has full subjectivity towards the Trainer/Advisor.
- The Trainer/Advisor respects the right of every person to freedom and equal treatment regardless of any differences.
- The Trainer/Advisor always respects the individual worldview and mental autonomy of the Participants.
- The Trainer/Advisor cannot impose content that is not religiously, politically or ideologically neutral.
- The Trainer/Advisor shows respect for the Participants by constantly expanding his knowledge.
- The Trainer/Advisor takes care of the participants’ well-being at every stage of the process.
- The principle of primum non nocere applies at every stage of training.
- The Trainer/Advisor always works for the participants.
- Training goals are achieved based on the analysis of participants’ needs.
LEGAL OBLIGATION
- The Trainer/Advisor is obliged to respect property rights, including intellectual property rights.
- The sources of the materials used are always cited.
- Protects the intellectual property of participants.
- Materials may be used only with the author’s consent.
- Complies with personal data protection regulations.
- He works on the basis of a fair civil law contract.
- Respects the principles of fair competition.
- Constantly expands knowledge through courses and training.
- He only conducts training for which he is qualified.
- Implements the code in an honest and committed manner.
