Purpose of the course
Safely planning and performing nitrox dives (up to 40% O2), understanding the advantages, limitations and risks associated with increased oxygen content.

Program
- Principles of operation of nitrox: ppO2, MOD, oxygen exposure limits.
- Mixture analysis, cylinder labeling, documentation control.
- Nitrox dive computer settings and dive planning.
- 0–2 nitrox dives (optional, if organised).
Requirements
- Minimum Degree: PADI Open Water Diver (or equivalent).
- Minimum age: 12 years.
